Everytime you buy Axis Meg products and services, you earn points.
For onsite application: ask any employee of Axis Meg for the loyalty card form, fill out the registration form, the admin side/merchant will encode and save the infos to the system
Go to the nearest Axis Meg Station and ask the staff for the redemption included on the promo
There is NO subscription fee, only 100 pesos payment for the availment of the card
No, the card is for lifetime use unless it is subject for cancellation/replacement
Approach any Axis Meg employee to inquire for the current balance of your Loyalty Card.
If damaged, the owner may request for replacement of the card subject to PHP 100 replacement fee.
If lost, if the owner wants to buy a new card and transfer the points from the lost card to a new card, the owner must submit an "Affidavit of Loss".
